Course Description

In today's demanding and complicated economic environment, there is a growing demand for introspective, entrepreneurial, and responsible business leaders with the essential skills, insight, and acumen to manage the significant problems confronting organisations of all kinds. The course is meant to help students build and improve their strategic leadership abilities in order to handle this demand. Students will investigate topics that will broaden their understanding of key concepts, as well as have the opportunity to directly apply skills to add value to your workplace or, for those studying full-time, add value by working on real-time projects with Teesside's partners, contributing to the organisation and furthering their own development. Admission Requirement / Eligibility

12th : No specific cutoff mentioned.
Graduation : 50% Applicants must hold a honors degree in any discipline with one of the following: 55% or CGPA 5.8/10 for a recognized Indian university 50% or CGPA 5.5/10 minimum from the following universities: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Anna, Jadavpur or Kolkata University Applicants without the above requirement may also be considered if they have significant management experience and/or a record of achievement in business and leadership.
PTE : Marks - 58/90 Minimum band score must be 51.
IELTS : Marks - 6.5/9 With a minimum of 5.5 per component.

Work Experience : Minimum: 24 Months Must have a minimum of two years, graduate level, full time work experience in a relevant role (e.g. management / administrative / professional / supervisory capacity).
Other eligibility criteria : ELP requirement will be waived if applicants have 65%+ marks in English core from CBSE XII or CBSE XII overall Applicants will have to give an interview if they apply for ELP waiver.
