Course Description

This course, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) for the 2022-2023 intake, seeks to equip students to play a crucial role as an architectural or building technologist in the construction sector — one of the world's largest and most influential industries. Coventry intends to prioritise the architectural design process, the cultural and economic setting in which development occurs, building performance analyses, and the construction technologies available to generate sustainable building solutions. Students will also get the opportunity to gain a good foundation in architectural form drawing and modelling, which should provide them with the research tools to evaluate materials and components.
