Course Description

The MSc Actuarial Science is a full-time postgraduate programme designed particularly for individuals with undergraduate degrees in math, statistics, finance, or any other programme with strong mathematical content. The curriculum will include new and current modules in actuarial mathematics, statistics, economics, and finance, giving graduates the information and skills they need to pursue a career as an actuary. In addition to postgraduate studies, students who have not completed an undergraduate Actuarial Science degree will be able to earn exemptions from six previous IFoA professional examinations (CM1-2, CB1-2, and CS1-2) through this programme.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility

12th : No specific cutoff mentioned.
PTE : Marks - 62/90 With minimum of 51 in each component.
IELTS : Marks - 6.5/9 No band less than 5.5.
Work Experience : Minimum: 60 Months A full time post-graduation employment experience, preferably in a management capacity In certain circumstances 3 years’ experience may be considered, on a case-by-case basis.

Other eligibility criteria : English language requirement can be exempted for applicants with 70% in English Language in Standard XII (CBSE/CICSE/Gujarat/Karnataka/Maharashtra/Tamil Nadu/West Bengal boards).
