Course Description

This programme is designed to help you earn a professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development while developing your skills in the subject of Human Resource Management (CIPD). Graduation : 60% Applicants must hold a 2:1 Honours degree or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University in any discipline Sufficient relevant experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis Indian Equivalent: First Division Pass and a minimum final average of 60% (in the traditional system), or CGPA 7.5 out of 10 on the 10 point scale; or 7.0 out of 10 if this equates to 'Good' in the institutional grading system, or 4.0 out of 6.0/B/Good in the 6-point system.
PTE : Marks - 62/90 With a minimum of 51 in each component.
IELTS : Marks - 6.5/9 With not less than 5.5 in any component.

Other eligibility criteria : The University will normally accept 70% in the English Language in Standard XII in lieu of an IELTS Academic test is awarded by one of the following Indian examination boards: All India Senior School Certificate Examination (Delhi Senior School Certificate Examination) awarded by the Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE Indian School Certificate (Year 12) awarded by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) Higher Secondary Certificate (Year 12) awarded by the following State Boards: Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal.
