Course Description

MSc Business Analytics was created to address the demand for trained individuals who have the competence to implement end-to-end business analytics solutions and are able to use data for business decision-making. The programme is organised on the three essential areas for success in analytics: business knowledge, statistics, and computers. This covers lessons on the use of analytics in fundamental business operations like marketing and human resources, as well as modules on acquiring and using technical skills like advanced analytics and machine learning, data management, and data-driven decision making.

Graduation : 60% Applicants must hold a 2.1 Honours degree or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University in any discipline to include one module in a quantitative area The quantitative area could be a course or module in an area such as Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Physics Second Division Pass and a minimum final average of 60% (in the traditional system) CGPA 7.5 out of 10 on the 10 point scale; or 7.0 out of 10 if this equates to 'Good' in the institutional grading system 4.0 out of 6.0/B/Good in the 6-point system Relevant employment experience in a quantitative area may be considered in lieu of a module in a quantitative area and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
PTE : Marks - 62/90 With minimum of 51 in each component.
IELTS : Marks - 6.5/9 With not less than 5.5 in any component.

Other eligibility criteria : English language requirement can be exempted for applicants with 70% in English Language in Standard XII (CBSE/CICSE/Gujarat/Karnataka/Maharashtra/Tamil Nadu/West Bengal boards).
