Course Description

This MSc programme provides students with advanced study in certain parts of mechanical engineering that are in high demand in the industry. Students will learn CAD/CAM and Product Development, Finite Element Methods, and Machine Design, with electives including Automotive Engineering and Vehicle Design, Manufacturing Systems, Supply Chain Management, and Applied Continuum Mechanics.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility

12th : No specific cutoff mentioned.
Graduation : 50% Applicants must hold a first degree equivalent to at least a 2.2 UK honours degree (or equivalent) qualification Acceptable degree subjects include mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics and other subjects with significant mechanical engineering content Applicants must have any one of the following: 55% or CGPA 5.8/10 from a recognized Indian university 50% or CGPA 5.5/10 minimum from the following universities: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Anna, Jadavpur or Kolkata University.
PTE : Marks - 52/90 Minimum band score must be 51.
IELTS : Marks - 6/9 With a minimum of 5.5 per component.

Other eligibility criteria : ELP requirement will be waived if applicants have 65%+ marks in English core from CBSE XII or CBSE XII overall Applicants will have to give an interview if they apply for ELP waiver.
